Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Post new job reqs, manage job postings, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
- Onboard new employees, including coordinating background checks, drug screens, references, and scheduling New Hire Orientation
- Ensure timecards are received and approved in a timely fashion, make corrections to timecards as necessary
- Track information and maintain attendance, referral, and safety incentive programs
- Assist with organizing employee events and holiday celebrations
- Assist the HR manager with additional projects as necessary
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with a timekeeping system or in the manufacturing industry will be highly valued
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Edwardsburg, MI.
Salary: $40,600 - $48,600 depending on experience
